Early Access — Free and Open
Chamade is currently in early access. All features are free and open to everyone. Pricing will be announced once the feature surface stabilizes.
There is no subscription, no credit, no quota in early access. All platforms, text chat, DMs, inbox, SIP (BYO trunk or pool answering machine), and the audio WebSocket for BYO-STT/TTS integration are available without restriction.
Hosted STT/TTS (where Chamade runs the speech layer for you) is currently in active development and beta-gated. Contact [email protected] if you want supervised early-access to hosted STT/TTS for a specific test.
What's included in early access
- Voice gateway for 10+ platforms: Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Nextcloud Talk, SIP, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack. One uniform API.
- Bidirectional raw-PCM audio WebSocket on every voice call — bring your own STT/TTS stack (OpenAI Realtime, LiveKit Agents, Pipecat, Deepgram Voice Agent, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Whisper, etc.). See the API reference for the audio protocol.
- Text conversations: DMs, chats, inbox, typing indicators, file attachments, WhatsApp 24h-window handling — fully plug-and-play via the REST API or MCP tools, no audio plumbing needed.
- Hosted MCP server with channel-mode push events for Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop and any Streamable-HTTP client.
- SIP: answering-machine DID pool or bring-your-own-trunk.
When will pricing be announced?
Once the feature surface stabilizes and the early-access cohort has given us enough feedback on the shape of the API and the pipeline. We'll give existing early-access users reasonable notice and a grace period before any changes.
